These Terms of Service govern your use of DataStars Real Estate Intelligence services operated by Data Stars AI Inc. (" DataStars"). By submitting an intake form, you agree to these terms.
DataStars produces research-based intelligence reports for legal and finance professionals navigating complex real estate matters in Ontario, Canada. Reports are delivered digitally in PDF format within the timeline confirmed at intake.
Our reports are intelligence and research products. They are not legal advice, formal appraisals, or professional opinions for court purposes unless explicitly confirmed as AACI-certified at time of engagement.
Engagement begins upon receipt of your completed intake form and deposit confirmation.
All payments are made by bank wire transfer. Wire instructions are provided following intake confirmation. We do not accept payment by credit or debit card.
Option A (Upfront): Full payment due within 2 business days of intake confirmation. Work begins upon receipt.
Option B (Split): 25% deposit due within 2 business days of intake confirmation. Balance due upon delivery. Report is released after balance is received.
Quoted prices are fixed for 14 days from intake submission. Rush pricing applies where a deadline of 14 days or fewer is requested.
Delivery timelines begin upon deposit confirmation. Timelines are estimates based on matter complexity. DataStars will notify you promptly if a timeline cannot be met. Rush matters are prioritized accordingly.
All matter details shared with DataStars are treated as strictly confidential. Information is used solely for producing your report and is not shared with any party unrelated to your engagement. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Cancellations requested before work commences receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
Cancellations after work has commenced are subject to a fee reflecting work completed to that point, not to exceed the deposit amount.
No refunds are issued after report delivery.
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered report for the matter described in your intake. Reports may not be resold, redistributed, or published without prior written consent from DataStars.
DataStars' liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for decisions made based on our reports, outcomes in litigation or proceedings, or indirect, consequential, or special damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
